Arthur’s Cave is one of eight cabins featured as part of the Channel 4 series, ‘Cabins in the wild with Dick Strawbridge‘. Miller Kendrick Architects, and our friends at EJ Ryder with the help of The Burford Farm Project produced a unique cabin within an incredibly tight 4 week schedule, with stunning results. RDLAC Garden Room – @Studio_Bark The Garden Room is community project for Royal Docks Learning & Activity Centre in Newham, East London. This project is a charitable evolution of Studio Bark’s hugely successful Bark Live-Build 2015 project @ Warren Lodge, Norfolk. Studio Bark worked on this project because the whole team believes in the importance of community, diversity and education. Studio Bark have delivered a community garden space in RDLAC’s courtyard following a snappy two week live-build, in association with The University of East London. The structure itself is very simple, but incorporates a long pop-up hatch window (powered by reclaimed car-boot pistons), a modular (locally sourced) Douglas Fir skin and a modular green roof.
